Will my plan automatically be switched to a smaller size if I remove items?
Our smart pricing feature allows you to remove items from storage and pay for the space you use. Downsizing to a smaller sized plan is available to customers who qualify!
Click here to find out if you’re eligible for a new plan, with less size and more savings. When you downsize partway through your billing cycle, our system will credit any time already paid at your higher rate to discount your next bill.
Removing items from storage is easy, just login to your account and schedule a return appointment to remove items to help you qualify for a downsize.

When should I book my move?
Our website contains a live calendar of available dates for you to choose from. Availability books up fast, so we recommend booking as early as possible to lock in your ideal date! We can schedule moves with as little as a few days notice, subject to availability in your area.
If needed, you can always reschedule your reservation inside your online Account Portal to the next available date!
